Our Service Center technicians have been fully trained in installing IIDs, and they will also explain how the testing process works during your appointment.
They’ll ensure the IID is working properly and explain how often you will have to return for device calibration.
If you’re installing after a DUI, they will also provide you with a certificate of installation, which is often necessary to regain your driver’s license.
